Returns & Exchanges

Return Timeframe
Returns may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
Items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and free from makeup, perfume, or damage

In original packaging (including tags for clothing)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Sale/clearance items (unless damaged upon arrival)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will resolve it promptly.
Damaged or Incorrect Items will be given replacement and delivered in 7- 10 business days
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs. Refunds will be credited to original mode of payment in 5–10 business days
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
